Servia only opened its doors recently, in the midst of an undeniably difficult time for the hospitality industry. But the patrons who’ve visited already expect the eatery to be around for a long time thanks to a particularly high level of customer service and stand-out Mediterranean cuisine.

Despite current restrictions, they say the staff went out of their way to create a wonderful (and safe) dining experience. The modern meze, ancient grain flatbreads, and meat-forward main dishes were an integral part of that experience. Start with an artisan cocktail and a few small plates like the house-made hummus, the fried calamari, and the moussaka. Then share a spicy sausage pizza built atop a crust rich with ancient grains. Finally, savor an Istanbul-style burger with Kashar cheese and red onion jam on top or the braised lamb shank with raisins and walnuts. Servia is following all health and safety guidelines for limited indoor dining, but takeout and delivery are also available.
